User names and passwords

USER NAMES

By default this website will store your email as your user name, your selected user name will also work for logging into your account.

PASSWORDS

Passwords by default are set to secure, so you will need to have a password of over 9 characters, including a capital letter and at least one number or symbol.

We suggest using something familiar to you, an address would normally pass the security requirements.

If you can't remember your password then simply follow the links on the "My Account" page and you can reset your password.

Placing a Saved Order

Step 1

At the bottom of every page on this website is a button labelled "Place Saved Orders".

Click on this link if you're not logged in, then it will take you to the "My Account" page to login.

Step 2

Simply login or create a new account if you're a first time user.

Step 3

Click onto "Place same order" button, you will notice you can choose which order you would like to repeat.

*  important note, you will be able to edit order before checkout at step 6.

Step 4

Click onto "Checkout" button, this will then take you to the checkout.

Step 5

Click onto "View Cart" button, this will then take you to the cart where you can adjust the order as required.

Step 6

Adjust your order to your requirements, you can also continue shopping if you wish to add other items to your cart.

Using Quick Select

Speed up your shopping using the quick select feature.

Step 1

Proceed to the shop;

Mobile Devices: click once on selected product.

Desktops & Laptops: hover over selected product

Step 2

Now simply click or press the quick select bar in the centre of the product.

If you would like more than one, then simply click again to order another and so on.
