Family Pizza Quick and Easy


1kg bag Pizza Dough ready to go
250g (half a jar) Dolmio pasta sauce with herbs and garlic or similar
200g Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza grated cheeses
4 tomatoes sliced
1/2 log Mt Pleasant Butchers Bundaberg Rum @ Herbs Woodsmoked Garlic Mettwurst, sliced thinly
20 pitted black olives
handful sliced parsley
extra handful parsley for garnishing


1. Take the pizza dough out of the fridge and bring it to room temperature
2. Preheat oven to 250°C
3. Roll the pizza dough out on a floured surface, to fit a 350x320mm baking dish
4. Grease the baking dish and add the dough
5. Spread the pasta sauce over the dough, making sure you get it to the edges too
6. Evenly sprinkle half the cheese over the pasta sauce
7. Evenly spread the Mettwurst over the base and then the tomatoes and olives.
8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and then the sliced parsley
9. Place the pizza in the oven and turn the temperature down to 220°C and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.
10. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve.
